The location here is fantastic, just a short walk away from a supermarket, Bel Air, and a Ralphs, providing convenient dining options.

The room we had included a TV set with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The staff were super friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The team provided excellent service. The hotel is centrally located in a great neighborhood.

Noise from the motorway

The staff here were amazing, they really helped us out. 😊 The room was so nice, beds were comfy, and had everything we needed like a TV. We slept really well here.

The rooms here are modern and peaceful, we had a great first night staying here, the location is central, close to Century Park, Beverly Hills, and Westfield Mall.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and we were very pleased with the quality of the hotel in general. The location is great and close to Hollywood and all major points of interest. The rooms are large and well equipped. Large lcd tv, coffee maker, fridge and a modern bathroom with adequate amenities. The rooms were very clean with appealing furnishings. The rest of the property was very clean as well. The breakfast room though fairly small, was very adequate and there was plenty of choice including eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereals, muffins, apples and bananas and more. The staff at this hotel are extremely courteous and helpful. We especially want to mention and thank Bryan who was very helpful and knowledgeable giving us directions and information on tours, places of interest and great places to dine. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The location of Holiday Inn Express is perfect. There's a Westfield City Century Shopping Center just in walking distance. It takes about 30min to LA airport by taxi. The hotel room is very clean. Double queen beds room is big enough for 4 adults if you're not very big.

There's a male receptionist in the hotel is not very good. He's not very friendly to us. Others were very kind and nice to help us and answer all questions from us.

This place is beautiful and fairly clean, with great facilities.

The double room was huge and had a very comfy bed. A microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were provided if needed. The hotel's location in a high-priced area of Los Angeles was marvelous and comfortable.

The room was big & very clean. Especially loved the shower which was hot everytime with a huge shower head. The staff was very friendly & helpful when we needed them. Breakfast was great with a lovely little dining room with tv was the perfect way to start the day & my kid especially loved the cinnamon rolls! The location was perfect & definitly the best value around for such a nice place. Overall it was the best hotel experience we've had. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking.

No complaints

Comfortable room with a TV and a window, which was a relief. It made the first night of our stay here really nice. The restaurant offers a wide variety of high-quality food for all meals 🍽️.

The staff and their professionalism

I did not feel this hotel is safe and they don't have deposite boxes/saftey boxes in the rooms. The rooms are too noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel.
